Another awesome and memorable event took place at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC. Cheese was Rachel's all-time favorite food, and she enjoyed it immensely.

When she was in the hospital, fantastic fun parties were held for young patients to help them relax and feel more at ease during their treatments. To honor Rachel and her love for cheese, I decided to organize similar delightful parties at the same hospital. The events featured a variety of cheese-themed games and included a lively photo booth filled with cheese props for the kids to enjoy.

We served delicious cheese sticks and crunchy cheese puffs, and engaged everyone with trivia games where the children could win exciting prizes. Additionally, we allowed them to express their creativity by decorating packaged cheese sticks with colorful designs. At the end of the day, we crowned a cheese day king and queen by using foam crowns, with names being drawn from a decorated box as an element of surprise and excitement.
